WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE AT THE SAME PLACE?

No! The ceremony will take place at the church stated on the home page earlier in the afternoon and the cocktail hour/reception will be taking place at Bear Brook Valley. The ceremony and reception locations are approx. 50 min away from each other so please plan accordingly, especially if checking into a hotel first. (Note: there will be a few hours in between the ceremony and cocktail hour start time so guests should have plenty of time)

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Cocktail attire - You can also check out the Bear Brook Valley instagram page to see the vibe of our venue and assist in determining what to wear.

WILL THE EVENT BE OUTDOORS OR INDOORS?

The ceremony will take place 100% indoors. However, the cocktail hour and reception will be utilizing both indoor and outdoor space. It will be in November, so there will be heaters, fire pits, and blankets available for those who would like to enjoy the outdoor spots.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

We respectfully ask that you do not bring any children and stick to the names listed on the invitation.

ARE THERE ACCOMODATIONS/TRANSPORTATION?

Yes! Please see the accommodations page for hotel block info. We will also have a shuttle service provided for transportation to/from the hotels and the venue. If you are not staying at a hotel, please be advised there may be limited availability for Uber/Lyft in the area. If you are driving, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.

WHAT ARE THE ENTREE SELECTIONS?

Beef: Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon

Chicken: Chicken Rossini (Chicken Breast with thinly sliced prosciutto, oven roasted tomato, and mozzarella with a balsamic reduction)

Fish: Panko Crusted Halibut

Vegetarian: Risotto Primavera

Pork: Pork Osso Bucco
